ok…i did all of this and now, right before the problem is fixed….it tells me

error: cannot refresh

When I first tried this, I got “Refresh failed: Could not refresh sources.”
Just be patient, delete the http://rep.smxy.org/iphone-apps/ that was added.
Restart the iPhone and try the process again.
Eventually it will work, as it did for me.
