make sure its actualy fully don loaded some times its sais its don loaded but some times re download it for it to work

If you cannot find your cydia downloads through your winter/summer board then go to cydia, go to packages and everything you have downloaded should be there then just undownload and then redownload your items

It is now. I just successfully installed Winterboard but I used a back door. Search for Multibar in Cydia and it will bring winterboard with it. That will prevent safe mode and crashing permanently.
