Maybe some can enlighten me as to what’s new in this “concept”?  Looks like a direct copy of iPhone 4 to me.
And it’s meaningless to just label it being “thinner” or “new antenna” when the author doesn’t even know if it is technically feasible or not.

It is the same form factor of the iPhone 4, but it has a bigger 4″ screen. If you can’t tell that the screen is bigger than you obviously don’t own an iPhone 4. The difference is pretty noticeable to me. Not to mention it does look slimmer and the rear camera is also larger.

I’d say that this mockup is the first that I’ve seen that I’d be happy with. Â So many gnarly designs so far… This one is pretty cool. Â Redesigning all media for the new size screen could be interesting if it isn’t going to maintain the same proportions. Â I’d love to see a full HD camera!

I love it. I think it’s almost perfect. The only thing I don’t like it the dash or dot in the centre of the home button.
I feel this is the most likely if a redesign. It’s slightly thinner, the anntenna is flush with the screen edge (iPhone 4 antenna protrudes from the side of the phone). I’d love the better cameras (I have a 7.2 mp digital camera but rarely use it as I use my iPhone 4 instead). I’d also like the larger screen. Looks great.

The screen is larger, antenna ‘joints’ are moved, antenna is flush with side of phone, better cameras, home button graphic is different, speaker grill is different, an the White iPhone proximity sensor is invisible as well.

Yeah surprisingly this is a very nice design. Apples motto is to make it simplistic. They don’t over do things and this design is pretty nice. Not over done.
