A couple of weeks ago, a service called “Apptizr” was released as an iPhone/iPod application. Apptizr is a free application that captures individual user interests to make personal iPhone/iPod Touch application recommendations. Users can receive their app recommendations right on the app.

This week, the developer has updated the service to include a “Friends Tab” which allows users to see what apps their Facebook friends own or like, right on the Apptizr website.
The Friends Tab is an extension to the app recommendation service, as users can now discover great apps through the people they know and trust. However, there is something exciting attached to this update.
To celebrate the launch, the developer is giving away $300 in iTunes gift cards! The giveaway will last until the end of February 2010.
How To Enter
To enter the giveaway, users must link their Facebook account with their Apptizr account. To do so, and enter the giveaway, follow below:
1.) Login in to Apptizr.com and click on the Friends tab.
2.) Follow your Facebook friends who are already on Apptizr (earn one entry per friend followed).
3.) Invite your Facebook friends who are not yet on Apptizr (earn one entry per friend invited).
4.) For friends not on Facebook, you can invite them via the Apptizr.com website invite flow (earn one entry per friend invited).
