Boston Pizza has launched new functionality to its MyBP loyalty program app, which will let customers pay for their bill at the table with their smartphone with credit cards and mobile wallets like Apple Pay.
A partnership with MyCheck will integrate a pay-at-table experience at select locations within the Greater Toronto Area, as part of a pilot program. The MyBP app will let diners check-in, redeem rewards synced to restaurant point-of-sale systems, review bills, split a bill and also pay with Apple Pay or credit cards.

Today, Guests no longer have to wait for a server to bring them the bill. They can control their dining experience from their smartphones. This is the way of the future, and this is yet another way that Boston Pizza is looking to offer remarkable hospitality.”
New York City-based MyCheck is featuring their MyRestaurant product at Boston Pizza, which sends emailed receipts to customers and can track customer history for easy access. The system to let customers pay at the table “results in enhanced operations, higher server tips and faster table turnarounds.”
