Rogers Sportsnet for iOS Update Adds New NHL Player Stats

Rogers has updated their Sportsnet for iOS app with a new NHL Player Stats section, which provides a quick glance at the top 100 players across 13 different stat categories, with the ability to filter by team and conference.

Also new is a fix for watchOS 2 notifications and other unnamed bug fixes.

What’s New in Version 3.12
NHL Player Stats: keep up to date on the league leaders, with our new NHL stats section.
– View the top 100 players across 13 different stat categories
– Filter by teams and conference
– Drill right in to player pages from the stats view

Navigate to the NHL Player stats by going to SN Nav Dial > Leagues > NHL > Select “Stats” from sub-nav.

Other:
– Fix for Watch OS2 notifications
– Minor fixes

The new stats section makes it really easy to quickly see the top leaders in league for various stat categories. For hockey pool junkies, this might be for you.

Rogers Sportsnet announced yesterday Game 6 of the ALCS between the Toronto Blue Jays and Kansas City Royals garnered the highest network audience in history at 5.12 million viewers, eclipsing the previous Game 5 record of 4.88 million.
