Waze for iOS Adds Voices of ‘The Grand Tour Guys’ (from Top Gear)

Waze has introduced a new voice alert: The Grand Tour Guys. That’s right, now you can hear former Top Gear hosts, Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May tell you when and where to turn in the car, as the latest celebrity navigation guides available.

First, download Waze for iOS if you haven’t already, then go to: Settings > Sound > Voice Language > and select Clarkson, Hammond & May to download.

The feature is part of Waze’s celebration of the new Amazon Original series, The Grand Tour. The voices are available from today through February 5, 2016.

As for The Grand Tour, it premiered on Amazon for customers in the UK, US, Germany, Austria and Japan on November 18.

However, the word is Amazon plans to launch the show globally in December (200 territories)—which means Canada could finally see Amazon Prime Video, as teased by Clarkson on Twitter in mid-November:

Also, today all three men launched DRIVETRIBE, a new iOS app for car enthusiasts and “lovers of the open road.”
