There's no way they will have no stock for the next 3 weeks. If it does come out this week without any big announcement then the form factor probably won't change much. I don't think WWDC is a good place to announce it anyway, if they announce it early then they can spend the conference talking about xcode touch or whatever it's called rather then the new hardware features of the iphone.
