Fido has announced its live chat service for customers has now expanded to weekends, available from 9AM to 8PM EST (6AM to 5PM PST).

The live chat enables customers another way to get in touch with customer service, beyond accessing their account online or calling in. The expanded hours were first added to Fido’s website on April 28.
Last November, Rogers-subsidiary launched Fido Check-In, which allows customers to make reservations up to 7 days in advance with customer service reps for up to 30 minutes in length at a time.
Chatting online is a more convenient (and sometimes less painful) way to get answers to simple questions from wireless carriers. What’s your preferred choice to interact with customer service from your carrier?
