Rogers, Fido Note Extreme Weather Causing Wireless Service Disruptions

The ongoing adverse weather conditions in the Greater Toronto Area and Southwestern Ontario have affected Rogers and Fido customers. The company’s latest updates address how they are working alongside hydro crews to restore service “as quickly as possible”:

Four hours ago, Rogers first let customers know the weather was causing intermittent outages to wireless, home phone, internet and TV services. Back in October, a nationwide outage caused cellular networks to go down for Rogers, Fido and Chatr customers.
