Rogers Holiday Promo Doubles Data on Select Plans to 2GB, 6GB Total [u]

Canadian carriers have started to launch plans in time for the holidays. Earlier we saw Fido, Virgin Mobile and Koodo offer 2GB data on their nationwide plans.

Now, Rogers has kicked things off with a new double the data promo on their plans that feature 1GB and 3GB of data. These plans are located within the following categories: Smartphones Plans, Smart Picks Plans and Bring Your Own Device. All plans are Share Everything eligible.

$85 Unlimited Canada-wide calling (Smartphones Plan)

Unlimited SMS/MMS
Call display (3 messages/3 minutes/3 days), voicemail, call waiting, group calling, 2500 call forwarding minutes, Rogers One Number
1GB data + 1GB bonus data (overages at $15/1GB)

$105 Unlimited Canada-wide calling (Smartphones Plan)

same as above but 3GB data + 3GB bonus data (overages at $15/1GB)

$75 Unlimited Canada-wide calling (Smart Picks Plan)

Expect Telus and Bell to follow suit to match this Rogers promo. Back in mid-August, all three carriers offered double the data promos on similar plans.
