“TELUS is committed to offering the best customer experience and launching our 4G LTE service in Newmarket and Aurora is an excellent example of how we’re doing that,” said Johnnie-Mike Irving, managing director of Business Solutions, TELUS. “With a 4G LTE device, our customers can enjoy the fastest wireless technology available in the world today – we are continuing to expand this new technology, community by community, so that by the end of the year many more Ontario residents are expected to have access. It’s an ambitious undertaking.

TELUS also noted further expansion of its 4G LTE network in the Ottawa region to Kanata, Nepean, Orleans and Cumberland as part of a $190 million investment over three years to grow the network.

“TELUS is committed to offering the best customer experience and launching our 4G LTE service in the Ottawa region is an excellent example of how we’re doing that,” said Terry Nemeth, vice-president of sales for the Ottawa region, TELUS. “With a 4G LTE device, our customers can enjoy the fastest wireless technology available in the world today – we are continuing to expand this new technology, community by community, so that by the end of the year more than 65 per cent of Ontario residents are expected to have access. It’s an ambitious undertaking.”

By the end of the year the Niagara region, Oshawa, Whitby, Brantford and Leamington should also get 4G LTE with more to come notes TELUS. Let us know how those speeds are if your home area was included today.
