Telus Soft Launching HSPA+ In Manitoba

Share:

This month, it seems that Telus may be preparing for a soft launch of their HSPA wireless network in Manitoba.

HSPA would bring devices such as the iPhone to Manitobans. The soft launch is reportedly scheduled for February 16, 2011 with a primary marketing campaign beginning in March 2011.

As seen below, the Telus coverage map has started to show the core HSPA coverage for Manitoba (currently in Winnipeg only).

  • the hotspot will be around tethering so Rogers will not charge a fee to use ONE feature on your iPhone like AT&T and Verizon will do.
