Videotron Named ‘Most Respected’ Telecom in Quebec 9th Straight Year

Videotron for the ninth year in a row has been named the most respected company in its industry by the annual Léger survey which looks at 250 companies in the province. 

Manon Brouillette, President and Chief Operating Officer of Videotron:

Videotron has won the award in its category since 2005 and credits its “close relationship between Québec households and Videotron’s 6,000 customer-focused employees.”

Quebecor, Videotron’s parent company recently revealed its national wireless expansion would be put on hold, until Ottawa changes rules to give smaller companies a chance to compete with incumbents. The company won 7 bids for 700MHz spectrum licenses in Ontario, Alberta and BC.
