After the news this morning regarding the price updates for the Apple iPod Touch, Nano, Shuffle and Classic, Apple has introduced hardware updates to the iPod Touch, the iPod Classic, the iPod Nano and the iPod Shuffle.

It seems that some of the predictions about the Apple iPod Event are starting to come true.

On Wednesday at the annual Apple iPod Event, the iPod maker posted its iPod prices across the entire product line. Shortly after, the Apple Store went down for updates.

New Code of Conduct Says You Can Reject Cellular Contract Changes Or Cancel Without Fees

So here is an interesting development.

According to an entry on the Financial Post, Canada’s wireless phone companies, which include Rogers, TELUS, Bell, the new carriers and all the little guys, are going to begin to allow customers to refuse material changes made to their wireless plans while that customer is still under contract. Either that, or you can leave the contract without paying any cancellation fees whatsoever.

TELUS customers rejoice! The iPhone cometh!

The pictures below have just recently began to show up clearly indicating the carrier name “TELUS” and the numbers “302880″ and “302860″ in the carrier selection screen of iPhone’s all over Canada. These designations seem to indicate that TELUS is currently testing their GSM network. Could this mean TELUS is finally going to launch their GSM network? I hope so!
