I’ve been lucky to have kept both my first gen iPhone and iPhone 3G in excellent cosmetic and working condition. Both iPhones have only been protected with the invisibleSHIELD only which has made me extra careful when handling the phones.

But what about those folks who have accidentally dropped their precious “Jesus-phones” and damaged the screen? Or even those who have run into a battery problem on their first gen iPhones? You could buy a new iPhone but that is costly. The best way is to probably find yourself a good iPhone or iPod repair service. My old iPod battery gives me more like “8 songs in my pocket!!!”. This makes it worse than the ol’ LP album days where you had to go over and flip the disk every 20 to 30 minutes. Only worse — since I can’t get another 30 minutes without a charge time. YIKES!!! Please help.

When I go on a walk, I manage to get to the second or third song on my iPod before running out of juice!!! I need to get in shape and shed some extra pounds but I keep stopping my walk cause I have no tunes… HELP I need some new juice!

My 3rd gen iPod gets the most love because it was my first. I still use the poor baby, but with special care because its battery never charges. with a new battery, it would give me many more dog walks with great tunes!

Just google ipod repair and you’ll find a whole host of ipod repair companies in the united states. I picked ipodjuice.com and they did a great job repairing my ipod mini. I needa new screen for my wife’s iphone so i’m going to see if they can fix that too.

I managed to put my iPod into both the washer and the drier (in my pocket). Amazingly and kudos to Apple, it still works!! but the bettery now lasts only a few hours and if not plugged in, needs recharging daily.

A battery change would mean a new iPOD – washed and dried.
