If you’ve been eyeing a speaker from Sonos, the company is holding a 15% off anniversary sale, once users purchase a qualifying product from an authorized retailer, from September 5-15, 2017.

Here are the Sonos products eligible—Amazon.ca is an authorized retailer:

Customers will be required to provide the following for their 15% rebate, which will be paid within 30 days to your bank account, once your claim is validated:

Unique Sonos Code
Date of purchase
Place of purchase
Receipt number/Invoice Number
Serial number
Upload proof of purchase
Personal details
Bank details

Online claims must be filed between September 5 to October 15 to qualify, with a maximum reward value of $390 CAD.

For those looking at the PLAYBAR, Costco has it right now for $899.99 in black, which includes the wall mount, plus a six-month subscription to Apple Music, adding more value. After the 15% rebate, the price works out to $764. One user on RFD said Sonos confirmed Costco was an authorized retailer.

The promo is available to customers in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and the United States.

Sonos speakers rarely go on sale, so this 15% off is considered pretty decent.

Thanks for the heads up Gary this sounds really good! Doing research though it sounds like the unique Sonos code is available only from an email from sonos and one time use only. Have you heard of any other way around this? I’d love to take advantage but didn’t get an email from Sonos. 🙁

Sorry on the Sonos claim site they call it ‘Sonos voucher code’ – this is provided via an email

You need a code sent via email by Sonos. If you didn’t get the email you are out of luck. Secondly, Sonos have an event at the beginning of October where they are going to be updating a bunch of products. It seems they are trying to clear out inventory.
