Honestly, I was all set to make the leap and get one because hmming and hawing about it finally got to me, but then I played with one in the store and my curiosity about the new features was satisfied. If I am swayed it'll be when/if developers come up with something irresistibly cool in terms of apps. And by that time a new model will probably be out or not far off. I predict less than a year till something else is announced, maybe even at xmas or shortly after. If they wanted this to be the new flagship model for a year, they would have at least offered a new color and/or a slightly new look to say this IS the new iphone.
