Bought it 12hrs ago. This was my third bluetooth in 4 days. Other two, motorola h780 and Sennheiser FLX 70, had major problems with iPhone 3GS. anyways, so far I am very happy with Q1. I am hoping I don't have to look for another headset.

Despite a few minor issues, the BlueAnt Q1's voice controls and good audio quality sets this apart from other headsets.

Seems a bit expensive, to me. I got a free Cerulean bluetooth headset from iSkin a while back that has most of these features and is about half the size. Don't even need the ear hook; it just pokes in your ear. The sound quality is decent, and it supports the native voice controls of the 3GS. They have a stereo bluetooth headset (both ears), right now, for $99.

I would love a stereo headset for my 3GS, but I am so confused about what's out there. I would love to be able to have no wires while listening to audio during my long travel to work. Any recommendations please?

Good review but seems quite pricey and reading some other sites reviews, I dont think you were the only one that had some bad quality…

I am very impressed by the BlueAnt Q1 supports a handful of other helpful voice commands, as well, which could, in theory, make it easier to manage your phone calls. It is also allows you to access your phone's built-in voice dial, if available, by saying 'Phone Commands'.
