Exclusive: iPhone 3G invisibleSHIELD 10% OFF Coupon Code!

A lot of people have been emailing and asking about what case to get for their new iPhone 3G. At first I used a silicone case with my first generation iPhone. However, dust would get into the back of the case and ended up scratching my phone! I ended up testing a few more cases, but in the end I decided to just forego a case at all because it hid the sexiness of the Jesus phone.

More and more people are inquiring about the so-called invisibleSHIELD. For those who don’t know, the invisibleSHIELD is a full body armour that is applied to your iPhone. Just what does it do?

Basically its super human strength plastic that can protect from key scratches and loose change. It’s what I currently have on my first generation iPhone. What makes the invisibleSHIELD so special? Well first of all there’s a 30 day money back guarantee on your order, plus a lifetime replacement warranty–and free shipping! That’s right…if at any time your invisibleSHIELD peels, you just pay for shipping and you get a replacement.

This might not be the case for everyone though. Many people like to use the iPhone naked with a leather case or hard cover case. However, if you really want full body protection then consider the invisibleSHIELD. Don’t take my word for it, read my review here and decide for yourself! The installation requires some patience and time, but it’s well worth it. My tip to you is to use as much spray (mild soap solution) as possible during the install!

iphone fan-I used my FM transmitter for many hours with my first gen iphone with absolutly no problems. My buddies have reported no problems either. But it is good advice to be cautious with third party hardware. My iphone did get a little warm on the back sometimes. Not sure if thats normal. I wont be using it anymore as I now have satalite radio.
I bought the istation traveller stereo speaker for iphone. it can go up and down or sideways for videos. http://www.logic3usa.com/index.html- Fantastic unit.
Company gave me free shipping, comes with charger and case. I recomend it strongly.

iPhone fan (and anyone else) – you may have already addressed this, but besides the invisible shield, what would be next on your list to recommend in non-leather cases? I took a look at Contour Design’s Hardskin but am still undecided…

    Hey,

I am all for buying the shield (and supporting your site via the affiliate link) but have one question before I do so; How badly does the shield effect the resolution, colors, and the overall quality of the device’s screen?

That is my one major concern. I used my original iPhone without any protection whatsoever (no cases, shields/screen protectors) just bare in my pocket and ended up with not even 1 scratch. I recently sold the iPhone for $400 and am purchasing the 3G one tomorrow.

A reply would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks
    -ManiacX

Great work on the site, BTW

Sean: I would check out the Griffin Wave case I just reviewed…it’s pretty nice!

ManiacX: The front piece of the IS if you noticed from my review has a slight “ripple” effect…but once the shield sets it’s not as noticeable. The screen still looks and functions great, but of course it’s not the same as naked glass.

The part I liked best is the piece of mind knowing that I can just throw my iPhone into my pocket that has keys, coins, etc and not worry about scratches. HTH!

My goodness guys… please stop with the unnecessary and rude comments. Iphone Fan has done some great work for the iphone community (not just for those of us who are Canadians).

He presents a place to gather information, provides his own opinions (I point out that he has never said that they were anything other than his own thoughts). Plus, he works hard to get us coupon deals for sites that don’t seem to offer many “special deals”. He really doesn’t have to do this for us, but he does. To boot, he offers regular freebies and give-aways to the community and I’ve heard that he even pays for shipping costs when someone wins.

What I’m trying to say is this: I’ve purchased a bunch of product from Zagg (not just for the iPhone) and I used the link here. I did this EVEN before the new coupon code was available. I don’t really care that the old coupon expired, and don’t care if he makes any money from talking about the product here. I know that he found it, I liked the idea of it, saw the videos of it, and am happy with my decision to buy. I’ll provide a review later, for those of you who are so concerned with “unbiased” views.

Basically, if you don’t have anything nice to say to him, then just don’t say it. Let him continue to give his time away to the community without making him feel bad or regret helping us.

    Thanks!

Is the iphoneinca coupon still working? I just tried it and for some reason it failed. I’m not sure if it’s my browser though.

Mirth: Thanks a bunch for the support! It’s nice to hear some positive comments regarding my work here. As with anything, when traffic increases so does the “criticism” which is expected. It brushes off me like water off a duck’s back. Trolls will be trolls. LOL! :)

Be careful…I just ordered and when I added the coupon code it added to my cost!! It reduced my 20% discount (for a 2nd item) to 10%! Had to start all over to get the 20% again.

Anyone else tried ordering the invisible sheild today? After hitting submit at the final stage when you key in your cc number, the page never comes up and the error message I get is a dns error, or server can’t be found.

iPhone Fan… why is it when you like something and give good praises to a product they think you are paid? Perhaps that is what they are doing? Getting paid to bother and spread false news. Gotta love the trolls.

Thanks for all the work you do, just wanna add my two cents. I am so stoked on the invisible shield. I tried all the other solutions until my buddy showed me the right solution. Now my life is covered in the stuff! Phone, ipod, watch, GPS, etc. Cant get enough. I love the lifetime warranty, I have replaced the shields on my phone and ipod, and get a brand new shield at no cost! So rad. Well, keep up the good work!
