		<description>Fido raised their price for the base City Fido Plan a couple of months ago; likely when they thought that Wind was a nonstarter.  This is just one example of how competition is improving the lot of consumers in Canada.  It will be more interesting to see what Rogers, Fido, et al do in response to the unlimited data plans introduced by Wind.  I suspect they won&#039;t respond in kind until Wind is more widespread across Canada and has a more reliable network.  Nevertheless, I do expect to see unlimited data plans offered by all 4 major carriers (5 if we count &quot;Dave&quot;) by then end of 2011.  Here&#039;s hoping anyway.</description>
