… Canada has one of the WORST cell phone systems in the world… overpriced and now with reduced service. I am surprised they didn't try to charge us for their inconvenience.

I just talked to them and the rep told me I would only get a reduction if they reduce the pack. I have the $10 I think it is pack on Fido for iPhone 3G.

She doesn't know if there will be any reduction in prices for anything, but it most likely won't have any.

Man, what is Rogers thinking when they come up with these policies? Too bad not enough people will note the changes and continue to be gouged by Canada's only GSM carrier. *tear streams down face*

I think I'm just going to send in my payment with a letter:

“Please notice that, while you have billed me $119.95 for my monthly services, I see that you have reduced the level of service for my plan in many ways over the last year.” … … “In response to this fabulous reduction of service level, I decided that I would reduce the amount that I pay to you for these services– since you didn't do the right thing and reduce it for me. Enclosed is my modified payment of $85″

Let's see how they like having the tables turned. I wonder what would happen if ALL the customers did this…
