I have issues doing this to my ipad1. I keep getting this itunes error “the ipad could not be restored. an unknown error occurred 3194″. worked on my iphone though.

are these firmwares the jailbroken (or quickpwned) versions? or are they just copies of the firmware from apple. I dont have a MAC and want to upgrade to jailbroken 3.1.2 but cant find a jailbroken firmware file anywhere..
