Here’s a theory: as a 2nd tier Apple retailer, Futureshop may not get the iPhone as soon as Rogers and Apple Retail stores. Rogers may have negotiated an exclusive opening window to maximize the sales in their own retail outlets. Then Futureshop, Bestbuy, etc will follow.

Just a thought. Since extensive testing now might add weight to a June rather than July launch. But we’ll see…
