		<description>I find it amusing that after Apple made a big hoopla that they were discontinuing FireWire that they bent to public pressure and put it back in.  Apple is normally the one who leads, not follows.</description>

		<description>That&#039;s funny: I own three Dells (oldest was purchased in 2006) and haven&#039;t had the issues you&#039;ve had.  I&#039;m actually thinking of Dell as my next computer.

And I&#039;ve also heard Apple horror stories of hardware, customer service, etc.

Bottom line: it&#039;s all what you&#039;re comfortable with and like using.   To me one is no better than the other.

But that&#039;s just me.</description>
