Seven years ago I had a Rodgers Plan. It was connected to my business phone -a wedding photographer. I had a $2000 ad in the yellow pages with this phone number. One day due to an addition to the naval base in the area, my phone (Rodgers) went dead. I could not receive or send from the area that my office is located.

I went to Rodgers and they activited a metering device on my phone and it said no signal.

I asked the people at the office to let head office know that I can not get any service. They told me I have to call them. I tried for 3 months wasting my only day off each week dedicated to getting hold of Rodgers. Using my Cell Phone to do so and wasting my minutes, infact raising my usage.

So what happened, I could not get through so I said screw them, they will call me when the bill is large enouph and sure as it was, when my phone got up to $600 without any payment for 5 months and no attempted usage on my part, they called.

I told them I am not paying for a service that I never received. They told me they were going to put a note on my credit rating, which was perfect. Duche bag.

I still refused to pay them and they put a notch on my credit rating - But Plug -

So now what. Yep Telus now has bad service in this area and Rodgers according my most of my clients has fixed their issue in the area that my office is located. By the way, one of the customer care people with Rodgers suggested that I move my office. Dick head.

Now I love apple and want the features that the Iphone offers, but guess what Rodgers is the only carrier in Canada. It is very difficult to switch over to Rodgers given the past, which buy the way , the seven years bad credit rating from Rodgers just ended. Bastards.

I wish I had a puppet

There is many rumors that Apple is considerably reducing the number of iPhones shipped to Rogers.

Also, I think that what could put a real pressure on Rogers, would be if shareholders would sell their Rogers's stock. The only thing that seems important for Rogers is money, so if they lose a few millions of dollars, maybe they would react. If they don't care about their customers, they probably care about their shareholders.
