False advertising should be banned because itâ€™s distracting the customers mind and they purchased that product without knowing the fact about that product. Indirectly this is not good for customer point of view.

I believe telus and Bell, I am sorry Rogers is a lier and they sign you up and trick they do not tell you everything. Your bill always comes to more and there network sucks I had Bell and my boyfriend had Rogers and his phone would not work in elevators and basements and mine would and his would go out in certain areas and mine would not. This was overa 3 year period of my contract. Beware of Rogers they are sneaky….Bell is the inventer of phone they rent phone polls worldwide please Rogers you really think you have a better network…….Wake up……
There are so many companies Kodoo and Virgin, Solo that have no contract or 2 years…..Time Rogers wakes up and gives better plans…..

My God… i login and look around here , and Mac News and all i see is People Suing Everyone else, All for simple things like “Mighty mouse” or simple Slogans, or Apps with names they others dont like. its getting a little out of hand dont you think?

i wonder how long before Bell/Telus start trying to Sue Rogers Customers for what ever reason they can dream up lol.

BTW DudeMaster a reply to your comment, them suing Each other over and over again may result in Competition, But lets say rogers loses…. all us Rogers Customers may suffer Higher Rates, due to the loss, or service agreements being modified. Could be bad… all our Carriers are going to cripple eachother and we the customers may bite the bullet one day

This is a great thing for Rogers. The added cost of these lawsuits is a profit opportunity.

They can add a “legal improvement fee” at 50 times the cost-per-user of these law suits!

Oh jesus, does their ads say Canada's largest network by number of subscribers? Nope! Last time I checked Bell and Telus had greater HSPA+ coverage than Rogers plus they have 1XEV which is also 3G so how does Rogers figure? I've never seen Bell say most reliable network, it's always Canada's Largest 3G NEtwork, there's a huge billboard across the street from my place.
