I always thought Fido is cheap and service is OK – what else to expect.<br>But when I heard about promotion and ordered an IPhone 3G S more than a month ago (they said back then that I’m going to get it in 2 days!), called them I don’t know how many times, was given promises that “next week it will be here etc.”, have been added to “waiting list” (sort of black hole) – I found yesterday that …. MY ORDER HAS BEEN LOST IN THEIR ***** SYSTEM!!!!! So, all that pain I went through is for nothing and I would never get an IPhone….If and only if I would not try to find it myself - I printed out a list of all Fido kiosks/stores and after calling a few and receiving an expected answer – I found one, available right now and without all these “waiting lists”. So, I ran to the store and got one the same day.<br>BAD FIDO!!!!! I can’t imagine what will be the image of Fido after they have screwed up with IPhone 3G S promotion.
