		<description>i have a 3g, trying to use it with a rogers sim that has data package but no voice, can&#039;t do and the helpline says it is because the iphone is jail breaked but not unlocked - I bought it in canada, not sure if i should take a chance on one of the software unlock things you can buy on line - thoughts?</description>

Yes, I was screwed over by Rogers as well.  i ordered the iPhone 16GB over the phone with a Rogers rep last week and received my iPhone today by UPS along with an invoice for the iPhone showing $350 + tax!  At the time of ordering, no one told me the phone could be more expensive than the $300 advertised dependent on the voice plan selected!  I called today to complain.  Not only are they unapologetic for misleading customers on their website, they don&#039;t think there&#039;s anything wrong with it!</description>
