Hey there, me again lol.

I have some questions about this new Upgrade Policy.

According to this article, I would be able to purchase the new iPhone at promotional pricing, i.e $199/$299.

We have been with Rogers for much more than 18 months, and spend around $200+ a month on our Rogers services, so would I be able to get the new iPhone this summer at new customer pricing aka promotional pricing? i.e $199/$299?
