		<description>Rogers am fail.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The whole point of this would be to get customers on the bad habit of using their phone too much, and then being able to charge them overage fees later. DUH.  Same story with the data plan.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;First month, you&#039;re excited about your new toy, and you throw on 3-4gb of data... then when you get on a regular month, they could charge you $0.25/MB (which is idiotically ridiculous) and make loads of cash (theoretically) off of you.</description>
