I just got off the phone with Data Customer Relations at Rogers. They will do absolutely nothing to please their customers. So, existing customers have to either accept it or cancell the service. In my case it's $125 ($100 + $25) cancellation fee. I hope someone will have guts to make them pay for this.

Well the interesting thing, and may be less cause to worry is that I logged into my Rogers account yesterday and they had a new field called 'Voice and Data usage'. The voice usage was up to date but the data usage said 0%. Today the link is gone, but hopefully in the very near future they will add this to our Rogers account on their website where you can check your data usage if there is ever cause for concern about how much data usage you have used. <br>On the downside is the fact that we are almost in 2010 and they are only offering us the ability to see our data usage through our online account now. If they are able to track our data usage for billing, it should be just as easy to offer us to see this on our account through the sign on page on Rogers

"Existing customers that are currently on any data plan. These customers can look to their invoices soon for updates" <- can't we just refuse this change to our contract or get out of our contracts for free?
