Clearly Rogers is trying to deter those wanting to switch over to Bell or Telus IF their pricing is reasonable.
Don't worry Rogers, your disgruntled customers will get their payback in spades eventually.

To Date. Telus Phones dont Offer Wifi…. i wonder how this will play out… Door Crasher Deals , people lined up for a Flawed Iphone + Flawed New GSM Service Because they will Push Sales for Chrismas . I highly doubt it, If anything Telus/Bell will Follow Suite. They are going to have to pay for the GSM network change, Which means they are going to push for the high dollar amount to help Pay for the Switch. Dont expect any deals from Telus/Bell

They are going to Advertise “Fastest Network” like they all do , and label them selfs as premium at top dollar, Just watch

So maybe Rogers is doing this to prevent a flock of customers from switching over to Telus or Bell.
Instead of being a good provider, they play hard ball.
Similar to when they provided cable.

the other thing; wtf ; all the changes by Rogers then this night cap to ensure a very uncomfortable process should the customer decide they don't want to stay the night with Rogers anymore. ..talk about use the Devils lube.
Is any other company (Telus or Bell) altering there own services to this extent that anyone may know of here?

Network ” 302880 ” is looking more and more tempting but a new mortgage will be required now I guess.

The only terms protected under contract is your actual voice/data plan. So
for example, your minutes, the plan price, the commitment term.

Add ons, value packs and policies are not covered
