That's because:
1.) there's no stock
2.) they don't want to "waste" an iPhone without a data plan add on

You can keep trying Rogers and hopefully find someone or just buy it
outright.

May I ask where can I get an iphone 3G S without obligation to have a data plan?

I called Rogers customer service and I went to an authorized dealer, they both told me there is not such plan that I can pay $200 extra without having a data plan.

Please help me.

just bought my iphone 3gs 16gb white yesteryday. woooh! took about 16 stores to find the last one in stock.

my question is this, hopefully this post isnt too late to be looked at and answered,
the contract i signed in ontario with wireless wave states 100 dollar canellation fee for data. can i argue that because this was signed on my contract they have to uphold it on there end? after all it is our legally binding contract.
