A few months ago we reported on the finding of an 8GB iPhone 3GS on both the Rogers public website and internal sales system. However it was soon revealed to be a Rogers mistake.
Fast forward to today where a new finding has located a possible 8GB iPhone 3GS.
A user of the apfeltalk forums seems to have found the existance of an 8GB iPhone 3GS. The forum user had ordered an iPhone 3G and upon arrival, the box packaging had indicated an iPhone 3GS with 8GB.
The label could be a printing error or possibly an early leak of an upcoming iPhone 3GS capacity. The release of an 8GB iPhone 3GS would most certainly replace the current $99 iPhone 3G. With rumours heating up regarding January 2010 product announcements, it will be interesting to see if the new 8GB 3GS is released.
Thoughts?
