Apple is the Top Brand in Movie Placements

There are a few ways to market your product, and one of the most popular forms is through product placements in movies and television. Apple is an expert at this and in 2010 at the US box office, it managed to get featured in 30% of the top movies.

Robert Downey Jr.’s Iron Man 2, featured 64 Apple products according to Brandchannel. Cupertino’s long list of Macs, iPhones, iPads, iPods, and overshadowed Chevrolet, Ford, and Nike.

As if winning the 2011 MWC’s Best Mobile award, and numerous awards at Engadget’s People’s Choice Awards, Apple won the award for Overall Product Placement, an award they also won in 2009.
