Apple has launched a new customer support account on Twitter for Apple Music (@AppleMusicHelp), to assist users in dealing with issues and other questions. The account is manned by a team that answers questions everyday from 6am-8pm PDT.
The account was launched this morning at 6AM PDT, as retweeted by the Apple Music Twitter account:
