How does it work if I bought mine at Futureshop?

  • Reza Andrew Kharrazi

Worst part is although it says State/Province on the form there is no province listed on the pull down menu!

So technically you can’t submit your claim if you’re anywhere but in the U.S. ! WTH

Regardless of the point of purchase apple will process the recall and then deal with the retailers through the serial numbers on the device I believe.

the form doesn’t ask where you bought it.
