Apple Specialist Sam Sung is Here to Help at Pacific Centre

You may have heard about an Apple specialist gaining some internet fame lately. Why? Because his name is Sam Sung (first posted on The Loop), and he works at the Pacific Centre retail location in Vancouver. Our sources have noted Sam is a cool co-worker. Check out his business card below:

    The pacific center and oak ridge apple stores have the worst customer service of any apple stores I have ever been to. As far as Sam is concerned. The service I received from him was mediocre at best. I’ve been cracking jokes about the dude since I met him. Sam Sung, lmao!

    Oh yeah. Nice dude. But I don’t think I’ll be visiting that apple store anytime ever again. I already spoke to the apple regional manager and some VP in Texas who sent me a free Bluetooth headset. Apple has always had exceptional Custer service when doing business with them in the states. For some reason here in Vancouver I have not been treated with that same level of service and has left a bad taste in my mouth.

    My experience at Pacific Centre and Oakridge hasn’t been great either.

    I hope some important apple person is reading this. It’s good feed back for them. The apple store I go to now is the Coquitlam Center location. Much better there but still lacks the personal touch that apple instilled in me in the past. I can say they do a better job than most still.

    Um, you could always send your feedback directly to them. Then the important apple persons will actually see it.

    I was waiting for this. Feedback has been sent to them. The punch line here is. I got better service from Sam Sung then anyone else at pacific center even though the service is something to be desired.
