A new report by iGen.fr is claiming that the upcoming Apple Watch is all set to be released in mid February next year. Citing anonymous sources, the report also suggests that the Apple Watch product testing is currently underway and if all goes according to plan, the smartwatch will go on sale on February 14, 2015–Valentine’s Day.
[Machine Translation]: “It is possible that only a handful of countries are served initially (with progressive introduction “to the iPhone”?). Let us also bear in mind that these tests may take longer than expected and that Apple is likely to miss the boat Valentine.
Nevertheless, the market will generate the Apple Watch should be enough to justify further investment in the production of one or even several new molds.”
The source also adds that Apple has also made changes to the “cosmetic” design of the watch, especially in the materials that hold the sliding bracelets. Supposedly a fake Apple Watch mould was leaked by Apple “to ‘trick’ accessory manufacturers who did not have the right information to the watch dimensions”. The photo shown above allegedly shows the fake Apple Watch mould to the right and a real one to the left.
So, are you ready to buy an Apple Watch in the next couple of months?
