This Banner Confirms Apple Will Unveil iOS 7 at WWDC 2013 [PIC]

Apple’s highly anticipated WWDC 2013 keynote is set to take place on Monday, June 10th at 10AM PDT. The company has already started decorating Moscone West in San Francisco prior to the event and now a new image posted over at MacStories reveals the latest iOS 7 logo and confirms the newest mobile operating system will be unveiled next week.

The number seven below is much skinnier and ‘flatter’ than before, hinting changes are coming for iOS under Jony Ive’s vision. Apple previously unveiled a similar banner to show off iOS 6 last year.

  • Super cool, but Tim Cook already confirmed they were going to be unveiling iOS7 at WWDC when he was at AllThingsD.

Can’t wait for Monday. One thing we all know for sure is that apple won’t reveal “all” of iOS 7’s secrets unless they plan on talking about there next phone because as usual, they will need that “extra special feature” to sell their next phone later this year and if its not a big hardware change its going to be software related…

The OS needs an overhaul, but it must not be black, white, and flat like I’ve been hearing. Don’t be like Microsoft with its ugly square tiles and flat interface.
