Bell’s Unlimited Canada-U.S. Calling Plans to Increase by $5/Month

According to an internal document obtained by MobileSyrup, Bell will be increasing the cost of all its unlimited Canada-U.S. plans.

The report notes that all plans, ranging from the company’s BYOD to Premium Plus plans, will be increasing by $5 per month. For instance, the BYOD plan which currently costs $70 per month will be going up to $75 per month, and the Premium Plus plan which currently costs $95 per month will be increased to $100 per month. Bell will reportedly increase the plan prices within the coming days or weeks.The unlimited calling and texting packages are typically paired with a data package, and the cost of these data packages have not increased. However, the Canadian carrier recently increased the cost of data overage charges by $0.07/MB to $0.10/MB.
