Griffin Debuts New Apple Watch Accessories at CES 2016

Griffin Technology has today unveiled new additions to its popular Apple Watch accessories line at the 2016 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, including the Travel Power Bank, the Uptown Leather Band as well as the Trainer Watch Band. While the Power Bank gives Apple Watch users on-the-go power, the bands give them choice of elegant or sporty looks that complement all versions of the Apple Watch.

“Our new Travel Power Bank is the Apple Watch accessory users have been waiting for,” said Andrew Biddle, Category Manager of Power Products at Griffin Technology. “With our compact, all-in-one battery and charging cable on hand, users can leave their Apple Watch charging cable safe at home with no worries about running out of power.”

The Travel Power Bank ($69.99) for Apple Watch packs 800 mAh of power, delivering up to 4 full charges for Apple Watch before it needs recharging via the included micro-USB cable. The compact battery pack will be available to order in Q2 2016.

The Trainer Watch Band ($39.99) is a sweat-proof, silicone band which is secured with a smooth, brushed stainless steel buckle with a wide tongue and stainless steel lugs. Adjustable to fit wrists from 5.9 to 8.6 inches, the band is compatible with all 42mm Apple Watch versions and will be available in black, white, red or blue in Q3 2016.

Lastly, the Uptown Leather Band ($59.99) is a double-wrap band that complements all 38mm Apple Watch versions. It combines coloured genuine leather bands with coordinating metal buckle detailing in gold, silver or rose gold, and can be adjusted to fit wrists measuring 5.1 to 7 inches. The Uptown Leather Band will be available in toffee/gold, black/silver, ecru/rose gold or seafoam/silver in Q3  2016.
