Apple has released iOS 11.0.2 for download for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch, which comes with bug fixes and other improvements. The release comes six days after iOS 11.0.1 was made available.
According to Apple’s release notes, this update fixes the crackling sound issue during calls for some iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus users, as promised. The update also fixes an issue where some photos could be hidden. Apple says it also addresses an issue where attachments in S/MIME encrypted emails would not open.
