iOS 12, tvOS 12 Public Beta Downloads Now Available [u]

Apple has released iOS 12 and tvOS 12 public betas. This means those in the public Apple Beta Software Program can now install this test software on their devices.

Users who sign up on for the free Apple Beta Software Program can gain access to iOS 12 beta 1 and tvOS 12 beta 1. Here’s what Apple says about their program:

Help make the next releases of iOS, macOS, and tvOS our best yet. As a member of the Apple Beta Software Program, you can take part in shaping Apple software by test-driving pre-release versions and letting us know what you think.

Do note you may not want to install betas on your day-to-day devices, as there are still some bugs related to beta software. The first iOS 12 beta was released shortly after Apple’s 2018 WWDC keynote for developers, but now members of the public can give the test software for an early preview.
