Canada: Screen Repair Fee
The iPhone 6s Plus screen repair will cost you $199 CAD, while the iPhone 6s will be $169:

If you don’t have AppleCare+, like above, it will cost you to replace your iPhone 6s or iPhone 6s Plus. The iPhone 6s will cost $379 and iPhone 6s Plus $429 CAD, to replace out of warranty:
Last year, iPhone 6 replacements were $299 CAD and iPhone 6s Plus $369 CAD. Looks like our lower Canadian dollar has increased replacement costs as well. Online replacement repair requests will come with a $10.77 CAD shipping fee.
The good thing is for those that opt for warranty Express Replacements (next day shipping; credit card gets pre-auth), the price remains at $29 CAD for all iPhone models.
USA: Screen Repair Fee
For our friends down south, it will cost $149 and $129 to replace screens for the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus respectively; online repairs will require a $6.95 shipping fee:
