Rogers Launches 6PM Early Evenings Promo For March 2010

Until March 31, 2010, Rogers has launched their free 6PM early evening add-on for all new activations and existing customers.

The 6PM early evenings calling bonus is available on the following 3-year term in-market plans:

  • Value Plans for phones
  • Value Plans for Smartphones
  • iPhone plans
  • Couples & Family Share Plans
  • All business plans
  • EPP plans

All new activations will automatically have the 6PM Early Evening Calling bonus automatically added upon activation.

Existing Rogers Customers

The promotion has also been extended to existing customers on a reactive basis.

What this means is that existing customers must move to an in-market plan (dumping your current plan if it was not released in the last month or so) and renew their plan term for 3 years (does not affect hardware upgrade date). After the plan changes, the 6PM Early Evening Calling code and the discount code will be applied manually for existing customers.

Also, don’t forget the other Rogers promotion this month with the waiving of the $35 activation fee.

Reports on iPhone news, reviews apps and accessories. Also an armed ninja with an iPhone 4S.

Together with the no activation fee this makes for some decent Rogers plans without any negotiation for new customers.

how about throwing a bone to Fido users?

  • Well the Activation Fee for Fido is being waived, but Fido plans
already start at 7pm, which isn't that bad against 6pm. Still, 6pm
    would be sweet.

I have the $30 unlimited value plan…if I'm understanding this right I should be able to go in, renew for 3 years and get 6 PM calling? I guess I could just go in and ask, but I probably won't be able to make the trip to town till wednesday so if anyone could confirm/deny and possibly save me the trip that'd be great, thanks.

  • Call. Don't go in store.

    Trio saved.
