Tim Cook Shows Off His Custom Apple Watch, Says Orders “Have Been Great” [PIC]

Apple CEO Tim Cook was on hand today at the Palo Alto Apple Store, where the company hosted media to see for themselves how the Apple Watch try-on experience is like.

While talking to CNBC, Cook said “Customers have been giving us great feedback and orders have been great, as well,” and also saying reaction to Apple Watch has been “extraordinary”.

What’s more interesting about CNBC throwing Cook in front of the camera is our first close-up look at the CEO’s custom stainless steel Apple Watch with white sport band, which features a red-coloured digital crown, normally found on the 38mm 18-Carat yellow gold Apple Watch Edition with Bright Red Modern Buckle, that costs only $22,000 (this is a hands-on with Apple Watch Edition).

Apple today similarly held an event in Toronto for local media at the Eaton Centre Apple Store, showing how the try-on experience can help customers decide on which model to buy.
