Uber Toronto has announced tomorrow they will be offering kitten delivery service to support local animal shelters. Users can request the “KITTENS” option within the Uber app on Thursday, October 29 in Toronto between 11am and 3pm, at the cost of $30 for 15 minutes of “kitten playtime”:
For $30, you and your colleagues will get to enjoy 15 minutes of kitten playtime. We will in turn help support Annex Cat Rescue, Just Paws Cat Rescue, Team Cat Rescue and the Etobicoke Humane Society! If you’re smitten with a kitten, just ask the rescue or shelter representative assisting with your kitten delivery about how to adopt. We hope to find every eligible kitten a loving home.
All kittens are eligible for adoption, so the purpose is to hopefully find these little fur-balls new homes tomorrow.
