You can turn on (or off) location services for each app in the Settings app, and selecting ‘notifications’.

I love this app and use it all the time. Unfortunately I hit the “no” when asked if the app could use my location and no I can’t get the app to work. When I click on ‘restaurant’ it just says ‘Mynearest needs your location to work’ and Location Not Found. I can’t seem to get it to go back.

Sounds great!

The only problem is that there are so many of these apps on the app store (although many of them with limited information in Canada), that it is difficult standardizing on any single one.

Hopefully, this is The One!
